Enterprise Adoption of Claude

The speed and depth of our enterprise customer adoption are powerful evidence of Claude’s position at the
frontier of AI. Our customer base as of September 30, 2026 includes:

• More than 11,900 customers with $100,000 or more of revenue on a TTM basis;

• More than 1,900 customers with $1 million or more of revenue on a TTM basis; and

•

Approximately 250 customers with $10 million or more of revenue on a TTM basis.

Unlike a static product that serves a single use case, Claude is frontier AI with rapidly advancing capabilities.
We build at three layers of the stack: the models themselves, the platform for building on those models, and the
applications that place Claude directly in the hands of our users. An advance at any layer compounds across all
three layers, accelerating the pace at which we can deliver more capable intelligence. We believe the value of
this integrated approach is reflected in the increasing number of customers that use both Claude Platform and
our first-party applications. For the three months ended September 30, 2026, over 50% of our customers with
$100,000 or more of revenue on a TTM basis used Claude Platform and at least one of our first-party
applications, up from approximately 30% for the three months ended December 31, 2025.

Today, enterprises rely on Claude to reason, plan, and execute across complex workflows with a level of
trustworthiness and judgment that we believe was not previously available from earlier generations of AI.
Customers realize value from Claude in three primary ways: more productive employees, faster processes, and
embedded intelligence in their products. As Claude’s capabilities grow, our customers benefit and often
broaden their adoption of Claude in new workflows. This expanding role reflects a broader shift in how Claude
is used inside the enterprise, from a tool that responds to discrete prompts to what we call a Virtual
Collaborator: an AI system that works alongside humans to perform complex, multi-step work at professional
levels.

We drive the diffusion of Claude primarily by making it accessible across multiple product surfaces. For
example:

•

•

•

Claude Platform, our comprehensive agentic development environment, provides customers with
direct access to the primitives to build, deploy, and scale their own applications that leverage Claude’s
capabilities within their own products and workflows.

Claude Code, our coding agent, works alongside human software developers on end-to-end software
development: writing, planning, editing, testing, debugging, and committing code across production-
scale codebases.

Claude Cowork, our knowledge work agent, has computer use capability that enables it to work with
professionals on end-to-end business tasks: autonomously researching, drafting, analyzing,
synthesizing, and executing other knowledge work.

Much of the diffusion of Claude has been organic. We amplify this with our go-to-market and Applied AI teams,
which extend our reach by meeting customers where they are through distribution partnerships that place
Claude inside customers’ existing technology stacks. For example, Claude is accessible on all three major cloud
platforms—AWS, GCP, and Azure. We have a joint go-to-market approach with these CSPs through which we
establish direct contractual relationships with our customers while paying a fee to each CSP. This structure
allows us to foster stronger commercial alignment with these CSPs, avoid channel conflict, set pricing, and
realize the financial benefits of ongoing compute efficiency improvements. Ecosystem partnerships also expand
our reach, allowing customers to adopt Claude through SIs, such as Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, and PwC,
consultants, and data platforms, such as Salesforce and Snowflake. We recently launched Ode with Anthropic,
an AI services company, in partnership with leading private equity firms to bring Claude’s capabilities to mid-
sized companies across sectors, building solutions on the Claude Platform and supporting customers over the
long term.

How this was made

Read in full.
Kept in context.

A snapshot of the filing dated , rather than a live record of later events.

421pages reviewed
43image instances checked

The review

Three primary reviewers read non-overlapping ranges of the complete main filing. All 43 embedded image instances were transcribed and visually reviewed, including the founders’ letter, charts, and customer case studies. Financial tables were also checked visually for dates, units, and column alignment.

A separate reviewer checked the draft’s calculations, accounting interpretations, and customer qualifications. An additional check covered the later merged findings. The result is 62 findings and 21 customer examples.

The boundary

Companion contracts and other exhibits named in the filing’s index are separate documents and were not independently reviewed. Customer outcomes, technical benchmarks, forecasts, and scientific priority claims remain attributed company or customer disclosures.

The numbers

Dollar figures are U.S. dollars. H1 means the six months ended June 30; Q2 means the three months ended June 30. The 2026 interim financial statements are unaudited. Our calculations show their inputs and are labeled separately from reported values.

Blank fields stay undisclosed. Figures with different periods, conditions, or potentially overlapping scopes are kept separate. An earlier tender price is not an IPO price.

What the evidence labels mean
Reported in filing
A company disclosure, with the period and accounting basis retained.
Company estimate / company claim
An estimate or assertion attributed to the company, with its uncertainty preserved.
Our calculation
A derived figure using cited inputs. It is not a separately reported company metric.
Customer example
A selected case study, with its measurement limits. It is not representative ROI.
Proposed / conditional
A status qualifier for an arrangement that is not yet effective or depends on stated conditions.
