Invest in Compute. Compute is the critical input that enables both our frontier research and our
ability to serve growing customer demand. Today, we partner with major hyperscalers and leading chip
providers, giving us diversified access to compute and the flexibility to adopt new hardware as it
becomes available. We intend to secure further compute beyond our existing commitments, expand
our own data center footprint to secure additional long-term compute, and improve the cost profile of
our compute investments. We intend to continue improving compute efficiency by expanding our
ability to orchestrate workloads across our multi-chip compute architecture and by investing in
research that produces further algorithmic advances, compounding the efficiency gains we have
already achieved.

• Advance Claude’s Intelligence, Capability, and Safety. Maintaining our leadership in frontier
AI requires sustained investment in the research breakthroughs that drive each successive generation
of Claude models. We plan to continue advancing Claude’s core intelligence and safety in tandem,
expanding the frontier of what AI systems can reliably do—from extending the complexity and duration
of autonomous work, to pioneering new ways AI can be applied across professional domains, such as
software development, financial services, insurance, healthcare, life sciences, legal, education, retail
and commerce, telecommunications, professional services, technology, and cybersecurity. As Claude’s
capabilities advance, we believe it will address entirely new categories of use, resulting in deeper
adoption and greater demand for our platform.

• Make Claude Available Everywhere. We plan to continue our efforts to make Claude’s
intelligence accessible across every surface where work happens. Today, customers access Claude
through our own platform and applications, including Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Claude.ai, Claude
Security, Claude Design, and Claude Science; through cloud marketplace integrations with AWS, GCP,
and Azure; and through embedding in enterprise applications. We plan to expand these channels and
reach new customers where they already work. As Claude appears across more of the surfaces where
work happens, we expect our brand to strengthen, driving further adoption.

• Drive Adoption Across Existing and New Customers. We intend to grow our direct go-to-
market and Applied AI teams to deepen enterprise relationships, build custom agentic solutions for
complex deployments, and help customers expand Claude across their operations. We are focused on
building a global brand that is synonymous with frontier AI that enterprises and prosumers trust to be
reliable, secure, and steerable. We intend to deepen our cloud distribution partnerships and expand
the enablement of partner field teams to sell, deploy, and integrate Claude. We also plan to continue
investing in our prosumer channel, where individual users often become internal advocates who pull
Claude into their organizations. We are growing our ability to serve international customers through
the expansion of regional offices and partnerships, and we expect international expansion to be a
meaningful driver of growth as global demand for AI accelerates.

Extend the Frontier into New Markets. As frontier AI continues to advance, we see potential for
it to accelerate novel discoveries and open entirely new markets, reaching domains from healthcare
and life sciences to robotics and the physical world. For example, in the life sciences sector, where
annual global pharmaceutical spend is expected to exceed $2 trillion in 2026, Claude is used in drug
discovery and development by our customers, our biotechnology partners, and our own researchers.12
We are building AI agents that support scientists at each stage of that process. To build the best tools
for the industry, we have invested in deep life sciences expertise of our own, hiring industry experts,
building a molecular biology lab, acquiring Coefficient Bio, and partnering with industry leaders.
Beyond knowledge work, we believe frontier AI has the power to transform physical work. Advances in
Claude’s general capabilities, together with our Model Hardware Standard, now allow it to operate lab
and manufacturing equipment such as microscopes, liquid handlers, and off-the-shelf robotic arms.
We believe that compounding model capabilities will continue to unlock transformative opportunities
across many other sectors of the global economy.

Pursue Strategic Transactions and Partnerships. We intend to selectively pursue acquisitions,
investments, and strategic partnerships, including ecosystem partnerships with SIs, consultants, and
data platforms, that accelerate our mission, expand our reach, and strengthen our competitive

How this was made

Kept in context.

A snapshot of the filing dated , rather than a live record of later events.

3primary reviewers
421pages reviewed
43image instances checked

The review

Three primary reviewers read non-overlapping ranges of the complete main filing. All 43 embedded image instances were transcribed and visually reviewed, including the founders’ letter, charts, and customer case studies. Financial tables were also checked visually for dates, units, and column alignment.

A separate reviewer checked the draft’s calculations, accounting interpretations, and customer qualifications. An additional check covered the later merged findings. The result is 62 findings and 21 customer examples.

The boundary

Companion contracts and other exhibits named in the filing’s index are separate documents and were not independently reviewed. Customer outcomes, technical benchmarks, forecasts, and scientific priority claims remain attributed company or customer disclosures.

The numbers

Dollar figures are U.S. dollars. H1 means the six months ended June 30; Q2 means the three months ended June 30. The 2026 interim financial statements are unaudited. Our calculations show their inputs and are labeled separately from reported values.

Blank fields stay undisclosed. Figures with different periods, conditions, or potentially overlapping scopes are kept separate. An earlier tender price is not an IPO price.

What the evidence labels mean
Reported in filing
A company disclosure, with the period and accounting basis retained.
Company estimate / company claim
An estimate or assertion attributed to the company, with its uncertainty preserved.
Our calculation
A derived figure using cited inputs. It is not a separately reported company metric.
Customer example
A selected case study, with its measurement limits. It is not representative ROI.
Proposed / conditional
A status qualifier for an arrangement that is not yet effective or depends on stated conditions.
