tasks and workflows customers use Claude for, broadening our addressable market and driving deeper
deployment, additional revenue, and continued reinvestment in Claude.

Claude is Accelerating Our Ability to Close the Loop

Claude itself has become one of the most powerful drivers of our progress—each new version of a Claude model
directly accelerates development of the next. Many aspects of the research, training, and testing of subsequent
model generations now involve Claude, including running experiments, generating and processing training
data, automating evaluations and safety audits, and writing and reviewing code. We refer to this recursive
dynamic as “closing the loop.” A direct expression of this dynamic is our accelerating pace of producing
compute multipliers. More capable models help our researchers discover these improvements faster; in turn,
more powerful compute multipliers enable us to train even more capable models and deploy them more
efficiently.

Our Growth Strategy

We believe the diffusion of AI through the global economy represents one of the largest opportunities in history
to improve how humans live and work, and it is just beginning. In our view, the world has only begun to use the
capabilities of today’s frontier models, and the gap between what Claude can do and how broadly it is used
represents one of our largest growth opportunities, alongside continued advances at the frontier. Claude’s
capabilities have evolved significantly in recent years, and we expect they will continue advancing rapidly. This
will lead not only to an expanding addressable market, but also to an expanding scope of impact on the world.
We aim to ensure that impact is as positive as possible. Our core advantages, the speed and scale of enterprise
adoption of Claude, and our unprecedented financial model enable us to continue investing aggressively to
build an AI-enabled future that benefits humanity broadly. Elements of our growth strategy include:

•

•

Talent and Culture. To recruit world-class researchers and engineers and retain exceptional people, we
intend to continue investing in our low-ego, high-impact, and mission-aligned culture that has driven
our talent density as we have scaled.

Compute. We intend to secure further compute beyond our existing commitments, expand our own
data center footprint to secure additional long-term compute, improve compute efficiency across our
multi-chip compute architecture, and produce further algorithmic advances in model efficiency.

How this was made

Read in full.
Kept in context.

A snapshot of the filing dated , rather than a live record of later events.

3primary reviewers
421pages reviewed
43image instances checked

The review

Three primary reviewers read non-overlapping ranges of the complete main filing. All 43 embedded image instances were transcribed and visually reviewed, including the founders’ letter, charts, and customer case studies. Financial tables were also checked visually for dates, units, and column alignment.

A separate reviewer checked the draft’s calculations, accounting interpretations, and customer qualifications. An additional check covered the later merged findings. The result is 62 findings and 21 customer examples.

The boundary

Companion contracts and other exhibits named in the filing’s index are separate documents and were not independently reviewed. Customer outcomes, technical benchmarks, forecasts, and scientific priority claims remain attributed company or customer disclosures.

The numbers

Dollar figures are U.S. dollars. H1 means the six months ended June 30; Q2 means the three months ended June 30. The 2026 interim financial statements are unaudited. Our calculations show their inputs and are labeled separately from reported values.

Blank fields stay undisclosed. Figures with different periods, conditions, or potentially overlapping scopes are kept separate. An earlier tender price is not an IPO price.

What the evidence labels mean
Reported in filing
A company disclosure, with the period and accounting basis retained.
Company estimate / company claim
An estimate or assertion attributed to the company, with its uncertainty preserved.
Our calculation
A derived figure using cited inputs. It is not a separately reported company metric.
Customer example
A selected case study, with its measurement limits. It is not representative ROI.
Proposed / conditional
A status qualifier for an arrangement that is not yet effective or depends on stated conditions.
